Sarhan Law is an innovation-focused solo law practice carried out by Laith Sarhan. Prior to founding Sarhan Law, Laith practiced corporate and securities law at a large national firm in Vancouver and he volunteered abroad in the area of judicial sector reform with the International Development Law Organization in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.
Today, Laith practices exclusively in the area of business, privacy and technology law as a solicitor. Laith advises clients in business matters, including in risk assessment, and in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, privacy policies and terms of service. Laith works with small and medium-sized enterprises with a particular interest in technology and software companies. Laith has received the designation of a Certified Information Privacy Professional (Canada) from the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
